Description

Heavy Duty Suction Cups

No-drill mounting for smooth surfaces, built for high speed and extreme use. Glass, gel coat, smooth fiberglass, and smooth painted metal.

This set of four industrial-grade vacuum cups locks your TRIO mount down hard. Each cup holds 65 lb, for over 260 lb of total holding force. These are real vacuum pump cups, not the lever-style cups you find on glass holders. A built-in indicator band lets you confirm the seal at a glance.

M6 female threads bolt the cups straight onto your mount. Stainless steel hardware is included in every set.

Works as a replacement set or an upgrade for compatible TRIO mounts. Fully removable, so you can move your setup between vehicles, RVs, and boats whenever you need to.

Pump and confirm Press the pump until the colored indicator band disappears. That is your visual proof of a full vacuum seal. No guessing.

Curved or angled surface The cups conform to a slight curve of about 1 to 2 degrees. For anything more, pair them with Swivel Leg Adapters so each cup sits flush for full contact.

Magnets or suction cups? Rubber Coated Magnets are the pick for magnetic steel roofs. Suction Cups are the pick for smooth, non-porous surfaces where magnets cannot grip. Both are removable and need no drilling.

Installation

Installation

  1. Feed the bolts through the openings at each of the four feet on the TRIO mount.
  2. Thread the bolts into the suction cups and tighten with the supplied allen key.
  3. Confirm your mounting surface is smooth, non-porous, and clean. Inspect the cups so they too are free of dirt and debris.
  4. Set the mount with the cups onto the cleaned surface. Point the TRIO logo and dish cord toward the back (trailing edge) of your vehicle or boat.
  5. Apply gentle downward pressure so the full edge of each cup contacts the surface. Press each pump repeatedly until the colored indicator band completely disappears.
  6. Slide the Starlink dish onto the mount until it clicks firmly into place. Confirm it is secure. You are online.

Removing the cups
Pull either tab on the top of a vacuum pad up and toward the center. This lifts the edge of the pad, breaks the seal, and releases the mount.

Maintenance
Check the suction on each cup every 24 to 48 hours, especially before and during travel. A quick reset keeps the hold strong.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Many factors beyond TRIO Flatmount's control and uniquely within the user's knowledge and control can affect the use and performance of a mounting product in a particular application. Given the variety of factors that can affect the use and performance of a TRIO Flatmount product, the user is solely responsible for evaluating the product and determining whether it is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for the user's method of application. Suction cups should be checked for suction every 24 to 48 hours.
