Also very sturdy as well. I ran some high speed bumpy/ whoopy/ and choppy sections in the desert with this installed, and it didn't even move a bit. If it's good for handling Baja speed, it is more than capable to handle whatever else you throw at it! Highly Recommended.
Love this mount for my Starlink! It’s perfect for my car while driving. I live in Montana, and cell service can be hard to come by, so having this mount on my car gives me real peace of mind. Good fit, easy to install
I just completed a 16k rv trip from Florida to Alaska with a Gen 3 Standard Speedmount on my GMC Sierra HD. Even though the roof has ridges, the mount had no problem handling wind speeds up to 100 mph. It was also a plus that people couldn’t hardly see the Starlink on the roof since it sits so low. Another caravanner in our group had his Starlink come off due to a cheaper mount bought on Amazon. BTW - I left the Starlink mounted on the truck the entire trip with the router zip-tied to the backseat headrest. The signal is plenty strong enough when parked to stream in our Airstream.
