The Essential Adhesive Kit - Mini Speedmount pairs VHB Adhesive-Backed Magnet Mounting Discs with our Rubber-Coated Magnet Set. The discs create a magnetic mounting point on roofs a magnet alone will not hold. The mount drops on, holds hard, and lifts off in seconds. Built for RV owners, van builders, and travelers who want a drill-free install that stays put at speed and still gives them their roof back.

Manufactured using industrial-grade injection molding, the Mini Speedmount is extremely compact at only 1.8” in height and protects the Starlink Mini from all sides. It is designed to work seamlessly with the Starlink kickstand or the pole mount, giving you full flexibility in how you use your Mini.

Here is how this kit works. The mounting discs bond to your roof with 3M industrial-strength VHB adhesive. That bond is permanent, so mark your placement and get it right the first time. The discs turn the surface into a magnetic landing zone. The Rubber-Coated Magnets then sit on top of the discs and grip that zone, safety tested to 120 mph. The magnets are the part that comes off. Take the dish down for storage, service, a low garage, or winter layup, then put it back in seconds with no tools and no adhesive to replace.

On bare or painted steel you can skip the discs and set the magnets straight onto the roof. Use the discs for fiberglass, aluminum, rubber roofing, gel coat, and composite where a magnet has nothing to grab. For glass, use our Heavy Duty Suction Cups.
