Gen 3 Standard Speedmount

Listen. I used to set up my Starlink daily and it wasn’t awful, but a headache for sure. Attaching my Starlink to my roof is a game changer - and the 12V supply saves SO much power. A pretty sweet set up. I chose the magnets because my van is already built out and I didn’t want to add my holes in the roof - of course I was worried about them not holding but they are STRONG. So strong I couldn’t pry them apart with my hands (neither could my boyfriend, without a tool). A few weeks with it installed and the Starlink hasn’t budged. Highly recommend!

So far, so good. I have a Gen 3 and bought the speedmount + bolting hardware. Should have done my research, didn't need the hardware. But needed slightly different hardware for my use case -- mounted to Prinsu roof rack. Using carriage bolts this thing is now firmly mounted on the roof. I like how low-profile it is. I also like how it's not obvious what it is because I sandwiched it between traction boards and a Pelican case. Plan to leave it on 24/7 and exchange thje SL cords for setup in just the truck vs into the trailer I tow.

I just completed a 16k rv trip from Florida to Alaska with a Gen 3 Standard Speedmount on my GMC Sierra HD. Even though the roof has ridges, the mount had no problem handling wind speeds up to 100 mph. It was also a plus that people couldn’t hardly see the Starlink on the roof since it sits so low. Another caravanner in our group had his Starlink come off due to a cheaper mount bought on Amazon. BTW - I left the Starlink mounted on the truck the entire trip with the router zip-tied to the backseat headrest. The signal is plenty strong enough when parked to stream in our Airstream. The reason why I did not give it five stars is because I like to talk to somebody on the phone. I’m not a fan of doing everything online or through emails. the fit and finishes very good. I’m a little skeptical on the drain holes. Doesn’t seem like that will be a big deal time will tell I mounted it on Black river roof rack on my sprinter van so I needed to use quarter inch cabbage bolts, it seems to be working well shipping was very fast two days. I’m on the East Coast.

I got the gen 3 mount with the suction cups love it so far when I got it only 2 of the duct cups worked support was beyond great they sent me 2 more right away love the product and there customer service

I just got my Trio Speedmount and put it on my 2022 Toyota Tundra. It works perfect. The magnets are super strong and placed perfect. The dish and mount sit low so there is no wind drag and noise. If your going to get a mount for the Starlink Gen 3, this is the one to get. There is even a notch cut in the back for the cable. Nice touch.

Super easy install looks great I honestly couldnt be happier strong construction feels rugged for the oil patch roads.

Purchased the Gen 3 Standard Speedmount for my Diesel Pusher. The mount fit my Gen 3 perfectly and includes rain weep holes. Mount seems sturdy and can be mounted in various ways. I decided to mount mine on raised brackets so I could remove it if needed. I 3d printed custom bushings to ensure a seamless, snug fit.

I think this is the best mount out there. Tight fit and holds good. I use it in the oil patch rough roads remote locations it is a mag mount it never moves. Great product.

Extremely high quality mount. Used a combo of through bolts and magnet feet to mount to my Jeep's Rhino Rack so I didn't have to adjust the rack's slat spacing. This is a temporary solution until I can come up with a location to use this mount somewhere it won't interfere with my RTT. But for this winter when the RTT is in the garage, this is already working incredibly well.

Also need to note the excellent customer service I received. After ordering, I planned a last-minute trip where we needed to use the Starlink in motion. After an email asking to pay for quicker shipping, the Trio team expedited my order at no extra cost to make sure we would be up and running in time for our trip! As long as Trio makes it, I will be purchasing any future Starlink accessories from them!

Expensive, but you get what you pay for. I did try a couple other options before this one and the others were either way heavier, didn't sit flat on my van roof, or felt way to flimsy to trust on the highway. We have used this on the Interstates at +70 MPH for a few thousand mile now with no issues, and is easy enough to move to the ground if needed.

I bought Starlink because I need reliable Internet in my work van. I got the speedmount with rubber coated magnetic feet and it works great. The frame fits the antenna perfectly and the magnets hold the antenna to my roof without any issues. I highly recommend this if you need to Mount your Starlink antenna to the roof of your vehicle.

Ordered this mount for use on a Winnebago Travato Class B. Previously we were using a mast mount off of the rear door spare tire mount. The mast was functional but a pain to erect and take down. We wanted something that would fit on the Summit Black River roof rack. The distance between the racks were greater than the length of the Triomount so I had a pan made of sheet metal that spanned the distance and placed the dish below the airstream. Made a round trip with it from Ohio to Colorado and it held up very well. The dish worked very well except one time under very heavy tree cover. Very satisfied with the product and excellent customer service!

This is a great product. Dish fit very well. Mounting it to the roof of my truck was easy with the hardware purchased from Trio Mount. The only thing that could have been added were some rubber bushing (spaces with longer bolts) to accommodate the roof line. Other than that. A very good product. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Love the quick setup. Got it rigged onto my service truck in an hour. Prewired everything to have it ready to go. Had to grab longer bolts to make the magnets work but thats piss all. Very good product!
